1. How do I book a box for my next trip?

Head to Lightly.Travel, Click on 'Travel Lightly Now' and follow the prompts. Make sure to add your Lightly Box to the cart in order to complete the check out process. And Voila plus Free Shipping Worldwide! (Yep, you read that right)! You're all set.

Keep in mind.. Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date. 

2. What is your return policy?

All Sales are Final. If you are not completely satisfied with your Lightly box please contact our customer support team ASAP. We will do everything possible to help resolve your issue. We are happy to provide merchandise credit in the form of a Lightly Voucher for future use.

3. Can I purchase a Lightly Box as a gift?

Yes, Click on 'Travel Lightly Now' on our homepage and click 'Yes' when asked 'Are you purchasing a gift'? Add the gift card to your cart and complete the check out process. Recipients will receive a Lightly Gift Card via email for the total merchandise value purchased.

4. The box has enough diapering supplies to only last us a week. What if we are traveling longer?

You can always add a 'diapering bundle' to your cart to enroll in our subsequent diapering delivery service. If your travel plans include multiple destinations please reach out to our customer care team and we will put together a personalized package to meet your needs.

5. Do you provide pack n' plays, car seats, or other travel gear?

Not yet! But click NOTIFY ME to stay in the loop when these products become available.


1. What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards + PayPal.

2. When will I be charged for my box?

Once you complete the check out process, you will be charged for your Lightly box and all a la carte products.

3. Can more than one voucher, referral code, and/or gift card be applied to the same order?

Yes! If you got lucky and have both a referral code & gift card or an unexpired voucher we will honor the values and apply it to your cart total.


1. How much is shipping?

It's FREE worldwide - Lightly delivers via UPS. Customers are responsible for duties and customs fees on international orders.

2. Does someone need to sign for the delivery?

No, we will leave your box at the doorstep or appropriate drop off location. Please contact us at if you'd like to leave specific delivery instructions. We are more than happy to help coordinate with your vacation rental hosts, hotel concierge, or doormen.

3. What couriers do you use?

Lightly delivers via UPS.

4. When will my Lightly box arrive?

Our delivery windows are scheduled for 1-2 days prior to your arrival. You will receive a notification once your box has been delivered.

5. How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Lightly Boxes must be ordered at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date.

Gift Cards

1. I received a Lightly gift card, now what?

Head to Lightly.Travel, Click 'Travel Lightly Now' and follow the prompts specific to your baby and travel plans. Add your Gift Card code at checkout and you're all set!
