Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for duties and customs fees on international orders. If Lightly is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the internet.

Modify Travel Plans

Reach out to our customer care team if your travel dates have changed or your trip has been cancelled. A Lightly Voucher will be issued to you as a result of a cancelled trip. Please note that we can not process cancellations after your items have shipped.

Return Policy

All Sales are Final. If you are not completely satisfied with your Lightly box please contact our customer support team ASAP. We will do everything possible to help you with your issue. We are happy to provide merchandise credit in the form of Lightly Vouchers for future use.

Delivery

Lightly delivers via UPS. Orders are charged and created as soon as you complete the checkout process. Items are shipped 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you need to make changes to the delivery address or provide any special delivery instructions, please let us know by 11:59pm PST 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. All tracking information is provided in your Lightly confirmation emails.
